Okay, so here’s the dealio…

O came out for a visit. Lots of fun stuff happened. [O sez: AWESOME CEMETERY for Halloween!!] I browbeat her into finally beta-ing this. [O sez: Seriously. There I was, all stuffed and sugared out from pizza and Halloween candy, and she guilted me. Then fell asleep on my shoulder while I was betaing.] We also hashed out chapters 35 and 36 of Faithful and plotted a bit of Venezia.

It does not suck to be me. Unfortunately, that means I’ve been being Responsible. That said, I’ve beefed up the prep for class and teaching these kids I love, and haven’t been doing as much fic. BUT…

So I kinda sucked at the job I was theoretically hired for, but have been transferred to a new building (which was where I WANTED to work.) Everyone loves me. I get to teach for reals. Life is good.

And this IS part 2 of 3, and they ARE all written. Just so y’all don’t think I’m half-steppin’, and starting yet ANOTHER series. When we finish this, I’ll go back to Faithful, with a strong side of CoE and the Venezia smut. I DO want to have all my loose-end series finished before October. [O sez: She means the short series. There is no way on god's green earth we're finishing Faithful in the next two weeks, unless she has a TARDIS stashed somewhere I don't know about...]

Okay, so here's the dealio...

It's not Faithful. It's not Venezia. It's not my CoE fix. It's not even the Janet and Jack interviews. But it WOULD NOT LEAVE ME ALONE. So here it is, in all its glory. I wasn't going to do it until O reminded me that scripts go really quick.

I was gonna have it done for my birthday. (Or at least Ianto's birthday, which was the 19th.) O's still working her way through a lovely present of her own.

So I think what I'm trying to say is that while it isn't porn (and I have two hum-DINGER scenes in the pipeline, one in the DancingLessons!verse, and one fixing the mess I made in the Faithful!verse) hopefully it will be crack-tastic enough to satisfy.
